James Jiang is the CEO and cofounder of Spark, a platform enabling independent agents to deliver a concierge retirement navigation experience, where he leads overall company growth and strategy. Before Spark, James was cofounder of Roster Health, a company delivering in-home care to vulnerable seniors, and before that he worked as a global technology investor. James graduated magna cum laude from Yale University.
