We're back for another Dee Rees movie, with Pariah (2011)! This is both our favorite movie that we've watched for the podcast yet, and we became immediate die-hard fans. This film is about a young Black girl growing up in Brooklyn who navigates young adulthood and bravely comes out as a lesbian to her unsupportive parents.
