This week is the final week of position previews and breaking down every player on the Penn State Football roster. Penn State Football and Basketball Scout Josh Davis talks about the safeties and special teams units this week, before diving into some preseason rankings of the Big10 quarterbacks. He finds that the group is pretty unsatisfactory, and really disappointing considering the overall strength of several teams in the conference. Penn State however is headed in the right direction with Drew Allar, and has the potential to rise up in college football conversations because of him. Then he talks about Mike Rhoades' new coaching staff at Penn State, which is mostly guys he brought over from VCU. Josh also talks about what's going on in the transfer portal and the college basketball offseason, as Penn State attempts to completely rebuild its' roster from guys around the country.
