Looking for inspiration from the outdoors, we chat with Alex Mackenzie of The Lost Woods and Emily Reid of Eco Drama, two projects based in Glasgow who are inspiring young people in their communities to think differently about urban spaces.

Many glimpses of an alternative future already exist across Scotland. Often against significant odds, communities are implementing locally-developed solutions to meeting their needs – across food, energy, transport, waste, health, education and enterprise.
