ICoCA, the Responsible Security Association, is a multistakeholder initiative whose mission is to promote responsible, transparent and accountable private security practices worldwide that respect human rights, international humanitarian law and the rule of law, safeguarding communities through robust oversight, collaboration and capacity building.
