We had a great 'debunk' talk with TROY CARTER & PATRICK LEUNG from EARTHSHOT LABS, developing the first open-source unified land use model for landowners, investors, and policy makers to scale regenerative land management globally.
In our talk we discussed human relationships in nature, what Earthshot Labs are doing to improve that, bringing key-players on planetary scale-regeneration together, what other people say about them, the joy it gives working at a purpose driven org, spiral dynamics and teal organisation, how science and open source data works, different areas their focusing on, e.g. reforestation, -soil, -water, debunking the effect of planting young trees for old trees, misunderstandings how forests work, the time for Humanity to wake up, veganism & diet changes, and the shift on our relation with food, building bridges between old and new systems, use of natural materials e.g. bamboo & hemp, why they became founders, humanity becoming of age, how to engage, how to create abundance on earth, and finally, the BIG gift.
