“It’s important to have a feel for, and a comfortability with, your electrical professional. That he knows this field of electrical work that he’s going to do for you. Because putting a light in a high-rise building is a different story than putting a light in someone’s house, or putting a light in a warehouse, or in a parking lot - it’s a whole different story.”

In this episode of Fusing Topics With The Mikulka Group, hosts Pete and Johnny Mikulka discuss the exciting world of Commercial Lighting! It’s important to remember that “Commercial Lighting” can be a broad range of services as a Commercial Electrician. Pete explains it can cover anything from putting lights in a parking lot, to fixing lights in an airport, to installing lights in your home or your office building. Pete also emphasizes the importance of lighting controls, such as energy efficiency lighting for “Go Green” initiatives.

The Mikulka Group specializes in Commercial Lighting and can help with:

• Lighting Controls
• Emergency Egress Lighting
• Retrofit Lighting
• & More!

Pete & Johnny then dive into Johnny’s Music & Movie Corner, where they talk about “The Roots of Heavy Metal.” Pete and Johnny both agree that Black Sabbath is a distinguished name in this genre of music, and Pete gives his theory on key artists who helped pave the way for Heavy Metal.
