Previously, he was the co-founder and CEO of TouristEye (which was acquired by <a href="https://www.lonelyplanet.com/">Lonely Planet</a> in 2013). He has lived in Argentina, Spain, San Francisco, Boston, Vietnam, Indonesia, and El Salvador and is currently based in Barcelona with his wife and chocolate lab, Luna.
