We're changing things up in this episode - instead of talking about a specific mental health topic,  I'm sharing my rollercoaster experience of my first triathlon. It was one of the hardest conditions I've ever done a race in - it was freezing rain, snowing briefly, windy, and low temperatures. 

The day didn't end the way I intended but I learned a lot about being gentle with myself and prioritizing my health first.
