Phumeza is the giant soul behind SISTAHOOD HOUR - an online platform through which she connects, converses, creates and shares her gift with the world.   Her heart is pure gold, her interior work never-ending - she walks through life with the mindfulness of an old soul and the tenderness of one with no ill-intention. Over time, distance and several conversations in person and remotely - we have developed a kinship so deep as to be truly called a sister ship. We enter a shared space together with no ‘fake’ - we share truths with kindness, we reflect with honesty about our journey as women and about the wider community of sisterhood.
