Nalihda is Sam's older sister and she discusses her path to becoming a virtual bookkeeper. She loved math from an early age, took her first accounting class in high school, helped her father do bookkeeping for a convenience store, and received a business degree with an emphasis in finance shortly after turning 20 years old. She acquired her first virtual client shortly after a critical time in her life where she became divorced and lost her full-time job. Nalihda and Sam also talk about the need to keep in contact with clients to serve their needs and better their situation.
