This weeks guest is David Grutman, one of the prominent figures spearheading the Miami hospitality and nightlife industry. From humble beginnings as a bartender, Grutman has worked his way to the top as the “King of Miami Nightlife.” He started by opening his operation Groot Hospitality and now runs the world-renowned club Liv and several other premier venues. Since, he has continued to expand his business ventures to open various distinguished Miami restaurants.
