With a burning passion to get involved in hospitality, 18-year old Teddy Khafif quit his E-commerce job to wash dishes in the back of a French bistro. After climbing the ranks at the most expensive sushi restaurant in the country, Masa, Khafif opened the first kosher omakase experience. But for some this experience may have to wait because Khafif is triple-booked until October.
