Sydney and Grace are two girls in their twenties trying to tackle all that life throws at them. Listen to episodes every two weeks to hear their thoughts about anything and everything. 

Grace is a future OB/GYN and sex educator with her own sexual health organization at the University of Arkansas. Sydney, an involved member of the club, is passionate about being open, honest, and learning as much as she can from others. Together, they aim to de-stigmatize the conversation around sexual and mental health.
