Mary Holland, president of Children’s Health Defense, joins the program to discuss President Trump’s latest executive order amending the childhood vaccine schedule.
We examine the politics surrounding the order, who supports it, who is fighting it, and Holland’s thoughts on why the entire country—not just red states—could ultimately benefit from these changes. We also discuss what the order means for vaccine recommendations, mandates, parental choice, and the larger battle unfolding over the future of vaccine policy in America. We also discuss the newly FDA-approved Moderna mRNA flu vaccine for adults 50 and older and the troubling safety numbers surrounding its approval. Moderna’s own studies show an adverse side-effect rate of more than 75%, while an analysis of the data shows roughly 270 severe side effects for every one hospitalization the vaccine saves. The statistics couldn’t be much worse, yet the FDA approved its use. This follows on the heels of the Navy mandating the flu vaccine for specified personnel, after the broader military mandate had previously been lifted.
