In this installment I continue talking about the precursor to Kabbalah called Merkaba Mysticism and focus on one specific influential rabbi Akiva in particular. Akiva known to be the mastermind behind the Oral Law was also the star of Merkaba (Chariot) Mysticism. I look at his influence and a couple other founders of modern Judaism with occult ties.
