2022 is here. Although I’m all for New Year’s Resolution, let’s be honest Folks: a lot of us are on the same bullshit we were on last year. When you been on trash for an extended period of time, going cold turkey to the nonsense is a lot easier said than done. So on today’s episode, we’re gonna talk about taking baby steps.
