Often Paul's ode to love in Corinthians becomes something sentimental and soft, but the martyrs today remind us that love is anything but soft. Love is the driving and motivating force of our Christian witness. Without love all our actions, no matter how great, are wooden and they will ring hollow to those who witness them. Love alone is credible.

Friarly, started as a classroom project back in the Fall of 2010. We wanted to promote the preaching of our student friars who have the opportunity every weekend to preach on the readings from the Lectionary.
