C’était l’été soixante-seize, l’été de la canicule. On allait voir le Tour passer. Mon frère et moi avions douze ans. On était vraiment contents, tu parles ! Le Jour J, dans la grand-rue, il y avait la foule malgré la chaleur extrême.

It was during the summer 76, the one of the heatwave. We were going to see the Tour. My brother and I were 12. We were very happy, you can imagine. On D-day, on Main Street, there was a crowd despite the scorching heat.
