Meditation, lucid dreaming, out-of-body experience; these are all familiar terms, but what about astral projection? In 1983, a 28 page CIA document was produced to explain the theory and process of transcending time and dimensions through astral projection. The only problem was when they declassified the document in 2003, a piece was missing... page 25!
