Ask most any church staff if they have enough volunteers for the ministries that they operate, and I almost guarantee that that would get a good chuckle. The typical statistic is that 20% of the people are doing 80% of the work. Why is that? We are the body of Christ and so we should be serving Jesus via our local church through time, our talents and our treasure. Right? What’s the issue?
