We talk about the challenges of him being one of the youngest coaches with one of the most experienced teams, his journey from playing too coaching and his views on the FIVB World Championships in Hamburg, who he thinks will be successful and how he thinks his team will perform in the most competitive and open World Championships we have ever seen.
