Mr. Tabash is the CHAIR THE NATIONAL LEGAL COMMITTEE OF AMERICANS UNITED FOR SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. He is also currently chair the First Amendment Task Force for the Council for Secular Humanism.

He is a lawyer in the Los Angeles area.

He states:
