On February 22nd, 1803 off the mid-eastern coast of Japan, a group of fishermen noticed a strange vessel floating just off the horizon.  While the mysterious object was interesting in its own right, what the fishermen discovered inside ended up being one of the first known alien encounters of the fifth kind documented in that region's history.  Where did it come from, and what was it trying to protect?
