Rein Games has developed and scaled a portfolio of successful real money gaming titles (Magic Rummy, Real 8 Ball Pool, and Magic T23).  She has pursued her MBA from IIM Lucknow and EE - BTech from IIT Roorkee.At Rein Games, she built a business with a steady growth and ARR of Rs 50Cr [2022]. She hired and led a team of 30 and was responsible for leading 3 main functions Product, Sales, and Marketing. She built the MVP strategy and launched products on app stores in record time; drove user acquisition strategy; built data models for player profiling and ran marketing across digital and offline platforms.Prior to founding Rein Games, she has held various leadership roles across number of India’s leading digital consumer start-ups including Dineout (acquired by Swiggy), Octro (India’s largest Teen Patti gaming platform), Paytm (India’s largest e-wallet platform), Snapdeal (e-commerce marketplace) among others. At Octro, she was part of the senior leadership team and drove initiatives to scale the gaming title from Rs 50Cr ARR to Rs 400 Cr ARR in over 2 years. Across her professional career, Nishtha has gained 16+ years of operating experience across functions (Product, Marketing, GTM, Analytics), verticals and companies of varying scale.
