I am on a urge to go fasting and I want to detox, but I want to be motivated. I find a guy who is a raw vegan who goes by the alias name, "raw vegan rising." and we discuss the meaning behind food addiction, the importance of healthy eating and what it does and one of my favorite things I want to talk about is his yummy smoothie recipes.

Learning autism

I have two kids who are autistic. My father passed away from HIV when I was seven. My wife and I lost our daughter to brain cancer. I created this podcast to find like-minded people with some of the same struggles or even people who are elevating there lives. I want to create dialogue, vent, build and try to find peace. I also want to forever grow in my spiritually and sexuality. Whatever it takes. Just grab my mic and laptop and be on my way to forever grow.
