Welcome to The For Your Ears Only Podcast, and today is a very special episode. Not only for the fact that it is our first of 2024 but it is also our very first guest on the show, and who better than Mr Matthew Bauer.

Matthew Bauer is a director and producer of numerous short movies and feature length films. His latest work is called 'The Other Fellow' a documentary focusing around real people with the name James Bond and how this seemingly 'flat' name as in fact has great impact on their lives both positively and negatively.

In todays episode we chat to Matt about how he got into the film business, specific questions about how the documentary was made, and a few light hearted questions at the end for his opinion.

As described in the episode, The Other Fellow is not just a documentary for Bond fans and it is a work that can be enjoyed by anyone - even someone who has never seen any of the Bond movies but will of course know all about the famous spy through Pop Culture.
