I teased a few episodes back about a voice from the past making a reappearance and this is the week. It’s only been over 10 years and more than 480 episodes but this week J is back on the show. I honestly never thought this would happen but amazingly it has. For anyone new, J was my cohost up until episode 98 and has been AWOL ever since. So this week we decided to just shoot the crap old school style about metal holiday songs. So I hope ya enjoy this lil fun holiday episode and who knows you might be hearing more from J in the future. And as always Focus On Metal…Everything Else is Insignificant.
