pm CST, on the Flyover Conservatives show we are tackling the most important things going on RIGHT NOW from a Conservative Christian perspective!Where did God come from? Is evolution observable science-or a worldview about origins? And where do dinosaurs fit into a literal reading of Genesis?Dr. Kent Hovind joins the Flyover Conservatives Show to make his case for young-earth creationism and explain why he believes the biblical account of creation should be taken literally. Hovind shares the story of becoming a Christian at 16, his years teaching high school math and science, and the moment that set him on a decades-long mission of creation evangelism.David, Stacy, and Colton explore Hovind's arguments about the age of the Earth, evolution in public-school textbooks, biblical genealogies, Noah's Flood, dinosaurs, and the distinction he draws between observable science and claims about origins. Hovind also explains why he has focused his ministry on making complicated creation arguments simple enough for children and families to understand. The larger question running through the conversation is simple: If the Bible's account of creation is true, how should that change the way Christians understand science, history, education-and ultimately the authority of Scripture? In this conversation:The viral "Where did God come from?" debate answer and Hovind's argument about time, space, and matterWhy Hovind describes evolution as a belief about origins rather than observable scienceHis case for a young Earth, Noah's Flood, and a literal Genesis timelineDinosaurs, dragons, Noah's Ark, and Hovind's explanation for where dinosaurs fit into biblical historyPractical creation resources for parents, children, homeschool families, and Christian educationWhat do you think? Is the creation-versus-evolution debate primarily about scientific evidence, worldview assumptions, biblical interpretation-or some combination of all three?
