Pl: Był pewien dzień w Warszawie, słońce świeciło na przepastny rynek Starego Miasta.
En: There was a certain day in Warsaw, the sun was shining on the vast market square of the Old Town.
Pl: To tu spotykamy Annę.
En: This is where we meet Anna.
Pl: Przyszedł czas na obiad, więc Anna poszła do jednej z jej ulubionych restauracji, słynnej z najlepszych pierogów w mieście.
En: It was lunchtime, so Anna went to one of her favorite restaurants, famous for having the best pierogi in the city.
Pl: Anna siedziała przy swoim stałym stoliku, gdy kelner przyniósł na talerzu parujące pierogi.
En: Anna sat at her usual table when the waiter brought steaming pierogi on a plate.
Pl: Anna była tak głodna, że nie mogła się oprzeć.
En: Anna was so hungry that she couldn't resist.
Pl: Chwyciła jeden i serdecznie go ugryzła.

Pl: Anna postanowiła zamówić kolejną porcję pierogów, ale tym razem uważała, aby znów nie założyć ich na głowę.
En: Anna decided to order another serving of pierogi, but this time she was careful not to put them on her head again.
Pl: Kelner przyniósł porcję, a Anna bardzo uważała, żeby odpowiednio korzystać ze sztućców i kłaść pierogi do ust, nie na głowę.

Pl: Upłynęło trochę czasu, goście restauracji dalej się śmiali.
