En: There was Kasia, she lived in Warsaw.
Pl: Pewnego dnia postanowiła upiec pierogi na urodziny swojego przyjaciela Marka.
En: One day she decided to bake dumplings for her friend Marek's birthday.
Pl: Zapragnęła przygotować coś niezwykłego, więc postanowiła dodać do ciasta na pierogi cukier, zamiast soli.
En: She wanted to prepare something unusual, so she decided to add sugar to the dumpling dough instead of salt.
