He: נדב ישב במיטה, מביט דרך החלון ומקשיב לשקט של הבוקר המוקדם.
En: Nadav sat on the bed, looking out the window and listening to the quiet of the early morning.
He: הוא הזיז את ידו בעדינות על הביטן של הבטן שעדיין הציקה לו מהניתוח הקטן שעבר.
En: He gently moved his hand over the bandage on his stomach, which still bothered him from the minor surgery he had undergone.
He: "אני חייב לעשות את זה," הוא אמר לעצמו.
En: "I have to do this," he told himself.
He: "זו תהיה התחלה חדשה.
En: "This will be a new beginning."
He: "בינתיים, יעל כבר הכינה את התרמיל עם מים וחטיפים.
En: Meanwhile, Yael had already prepared the backpack with water and snacks.
He: "נדב, אני דואגת לך," היא אמרה בעדינות.
En: "Nadav, I'm worried about you," she said gently.
He: "אתה בטוח שאתה מוכן לטפס למעלה?
En: "Are you sure you're ready to climb up?"
He: " נדב חייך אליה.
En: Nadav smiled at her.
He: "אני בטוח.
En: "I'm sure.
He: אני חייב לראות את הזריחה ממסדה.
En: I have to see the sunrise from Masada.
He: זה יהיה הסמל שלי להחלמה.
En: It will be my symbol of recovery."
He: "הם נסעו יחד למדבר, שבו הנוף התגלה במלוא תפארתו.
En: They drove together to the desert, where the landscape revealed itself in all its glory.
He: השמש עוד לא עלתה, והשקט מסביב היה מלא בתקווה של יום חדש.
En: The sun had not yet risen, and the silence around was filled with the hope of a new day.
He: הדרך למעלה הייתה לא קלה, במיוחד עבור נדב.
En: The way up was not easy, especially for Nadav.

He: "כשהגיעו לחלק האחרון והקשה של הטיפוס, נדב הרגיש כאב חד.
En: When they reached the last and difficult part of the climb, Nadav felt a sharp pain.
He: הוא עצר, נשם עמוק, והביט ביעל.
En: He stopped, took a deep breath, and looked at Yael.
He: "אני לא יודע אם אני יכול להמשיך," הוא אמר בכנות.
En: "I don't know if I can continue," he said honestly.
He: יעל הניחה יד על כתפו, "אולי ננוח כאן קצת?
En: Yael placed a hand on his shoulder, "Maybe we should rest here a bit?
He: אנחנו לא ממהרים.
En: We're not in a hurry."
He: "נדב לחשב את האפשרויות.
En: Nadav weighed his options.
He: הוא רצה להגיע לפסגה, אך הבין שגם צריך לשמור על הגוף.
En: He wanted to reach the summit, but he also understood the need to take care of his body.
He: אחרי רגע קצר של מנוחה, הוא אסף את כוחו.
En: After a short moment of rest, he gathered his strength.
He: "אוקיי," הוא אמר, "נמשיך לאט.
En: "Okay," he said, "let's continue slowly."
