He: תמר עמדה בסימטה צרה ליד שוק הכרמל, תל אביב, והחום של הקיץ הרגיש כבד.
En: Tamar stood in a narrow alley near the Carmel Market, Tel Aviv, and the summer heat felt heavy.
He: ליבה הלם בפניה בעוצמה, שכן היא איבדה את היצירה החשובה ביותר שלה.
En: Her heart pounded in her chest with intensity, as she had lost her most important artwork.
He: יצירה זו הייתה אמורה להשתתף בתערוכה בקרוב.
En: This piece was supposed to participate in an exhibition soon.
He: מתחת לבוזר החריף של ט"ו באב, זייפה תמר חיוך כדי לא להראות את הפחד שבפניה.
En: Under the intense buzz of Tu B'Av, Tamar faked a smile so as not to show the fear on her face.
He: בעוד תמר ניסתה לשוות את כל כוחה, הגיע עמוס, חבר ותיק שלה, למקום.
En: While Tamar tried to gather all her strength, Amos, an old friend of hers, arrived at the scene.
He: "תמר, מה קרה?
En: "Tamar, what happened?"
He: " שאל בקול רך.
En: he asked softly.

En: She told him everything that happened.
He: השוק היה מלא בצלילים וריחות, ותמר הייתה צריכה לצאת למהלך מהיר.
