FLOPCAST – powered by UCL Minds – represents a series of 16 short podcast, featuring a diverse range of voices, all from experts in their respective field, telling the stories behind FLOP 13 Stories of Failure, a free exhibition at UCL’s Octagon Gallery. Both the exhibition and the FLOPCASTs invite visitors/listeners to interrogate what failure means to them and why it seems to be so difficult to have an open discussion about things going wrong.
