In this episode I interview Ed Daniel, an elder at the Chapel Grove Church of Christ. He shows from the Bible how much the scripture has to say about this spiritual discipline that has really been a neglected topic of discussion in many circles. We theorize as to why it is so infrequently discussed, but more importantly we discuss the spiritual benefits of it and some practical considerations for our listeners who will take this subject seriously.
