Hey, I'm Dani! I am on a quest to fix my mental and physical health! I am a fitness professional who got a little fat over 2020 and I'm on a mission to coach myself back to health along with you guys. As part of my New Year's Resolution for 2021, I am using this platform as a 'journal' and I hope to entertain, inspire, inform and quite probably drive you mental. DISCLAIMER: Sorry, not sorry.

I am a London girl living in Japan alongside my American friends and absolutely loving the beauty of Japan, while I am lucky enough to be here!
