Cole leads the Spartans S&C Department and is a part of the sports medicine team and IST model at TWU. He believes in supporting athletes with evidence-based programming and human-centric care. Cole completed his Masters at UBC in Coaching Science and returned to the site of his undergraduate degree to lead Sparta of the west.
