Nicole is the co-founder and owner of [mend]physio where she has been guiding patients to agency and self worth in their own journey for over ten years. She is also the lead therapist for for Volleyball Canada's beach national team.

She is mom and partner, and a human who recognizing the value of each interaction. We discuss all things practitioner and what makes the difference in the lives of athletes, patients and practitioners.
