Alex is a professional beach volleyball athlete. She competed for Colorado State University where she completed an undergraduate degree and then moved on to USC where she earned her Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. 

With a competitive goal to represent Canada in the 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games, Alex continues to train at the highest level. She has experienced a myriad of injuries and practitioners along the way and will share her path this evening. She is an advocate for younger athletes and fosters a mindset grounded in internal validation being the primary source of fuel.
