After 17 years as the New York Rangers Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Reg now serves as the Director of Human Performance at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, NJ. His core values and beliefs have guided his journey and there are plenty of lessons in this discussion about the delivery vehicles of therapy and training.
