The Shot You Don't Want To Take A seminar in mental health & addiction in sport

The increase in mental health struggles and addiction in sports is of serious concern to the wellbeing of our athletes, organizations and our communities. We hope to soften the resistance to having these conversations in the locker room, the training room and any other space where athletes exist in relationship with colleagues and the larger organizations that support them.

A seminar to open the doors to discussion on common issues in the sporting space. Issues that are often left leaving more questions than answers; What is my role? What can I do? What if I need help?
