Becky runs the Physical Health & Performance team in the Employee Wellness Unit of the Vancouver Police Department. She has navigated this space since 2010, evolving to become a part of Human Resources and encompassing all facets of police wellness. 
Driven by passion, Becky understands what it takes to own her part of this integrative space for those that serve and protect. We discuss her professional evolution and all elements of therapy and training in the tactical space.
