Vicki Bendus discusses following passion in the field of sports performance. She has been a member of the Canadian Women's National Hockey Team as an athlete and collected medals and accolades in that space, but now coaches and guides athletes at Brock University and with Hockey Canada, Wrestling Canada and Ridley College as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
