Episode 53. This is part 6 of the clinical rotations mini-series. All parts can be listened to in any order, but I do recommend that you listen to all the episodes to succeed on clinical rotations! I recorded this series just weeks after completing all my core clerkships in my third year of medical school.
This episode goes into detail describing tips for each specific rotation: general surgery, pediatrics, OB/GYN (obstetrics and gynecology), psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, and OMM (osteopathic manipulative medicine). I talk about how to prepare for the rotation itself and also some rotation-specific insight into preparing for the shelf/COMAT exams. There is a ton more information in the rest of the episodes on clinical rotations, so make sure you listen to those, too!
