In episode 18 of First Line, I am here to talk about my 2 week rotation in Emergency Medicine (acute care medicine). Hear about why this rotation was so different than my other rotations and learn about what kinds of conditions emergency medicine physicians commonly see in the emergency room.

The second half of this episode is a segment that is different than what you are used to as a First Line listener. I take some time to get deeply personal and talk about my Grandma who passed away about 2 months ago. It is important to me to speak about her on this podcast, especially since she was an inspiration to start First Line and also one of my biggest supporters.
