September was my month completing an underserved medicine rotation during my third year of medical school. I worked at a family medicine clinic in a county that is over 75% rural. This episode, I speak about the rotation in general and introduce the social determinants of health. Then, I share a recording of my thoughts after completing the first two days of the rotation. I end with a reflection on what I learned this month from my patients.
