Ru is back in Season 2 of the Fire + Heart Podcast to share about her book, The Evolution of Healing. 

Healing isn't just a response to a stimuli, it is a passion and deep understanding of being one with life. The Evolution of Healing was inspired by my life stories of overcoming tremendous pain, loss, divorce, failures, family fallouts, ancestral trauma, sexual abuse, and homelessness. Nevertheless, my will to continue loving and dedication to healing shaped my life with the greatest success and contentment I thought only exists in dreams. It took a trust-fall into this activation, which is a continuous theme within the book for me to stop trying to survive and live the life I've always dreamed of.

The Evolution of Healing invites the reader to center on their own growth in a scientific and/or holistic way.  Beginning with understanding our foundational components, the book explores the meaning of Divine Feminine and Masculine, with an accentuation to masculine/father healing that is needed during this time.  The Masculine can be celebrated as structure and personal authority. Both the feminine and masculine are empowered in this book.

The book discusses DNA and its evolutionary capabilities through a series of scientific studies, and integrates both hemispheres of the world's approaches into activating one's DNA through meditation, sound, nature healing, food science.  The book also covers learning more about the recesses of our unconscious through dream work.  To encompass our total evolution, it is important that we address both our conscious and unconscious realities.
