Jamie Serber is the Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for North Carolina A&T, a Division I baseball program in the Big South Conference.  He played collegiately at High Point University, a Division I program in the Big South Conference.  He graduated in 2010 and became a Volunteer Coach at High Point from 2011-2013.  In the summer of 2013 he coached the Wilson Tobs baseball team, a program in the well-known Coastal Plains summer league.  Then, from 2014-2015 he was the Pitching Coach at Presbyterian College, a Division I program.  In 2016, he was hired on as the Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at North Carolina A&T, where he still remains.  

In this podcast, we start off talking about the 3.72 earned run average (ERA) that Coach Serber’s pitching staff was able to establish, and what that accomplishment meant to him and the school.  We also dive into recruiting at all levels and the selling points used by Coach Serber to get players to North Carolina A&T.
