George Culver (born July 8, 1943), is an American former professional baseball pitcher, who played in the (MLB) for the Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, St. Louis Cardinals, Houston Astros, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Philadelphia Phillies, from 1966 to 1974. Shares the No hitter he pitched for the Reds in 1968, 20 year pitching coach for the Phillies and also the Dodgers. George also shares portions of his life outside of baseball and a few golf adventures. George is one of Bakersfield's favorites because his huge heart and desire to always give back to his community.
