As of April 2022, the unemployment rate is at 3.6%. It especially is great news for college graduates who are entering a hot labor market. According to NPR, the national unemployment rate for those with at least a four-year degree was 2% in March 2022.

However, as the number of people enrolling in university continues to rise, a growing number of employers are beginning to require a master’s degree for competitive roles. If you are contemplating whether or not to enroll in a graduate program, join us as we take stances on each side and discuss why one should or should not pursue Grad School.

Please join us in the Finding the Neutral Axis as we discuss a broad range of topics that are relevant to the future leaders of the architectural, engineering, and construction industries.
